Love Letters...
I think they could help change the world...
Sometimes I wonder what the world would be like, if we wrote love letters to ourselves each morning.
If an internal greeting of affection and reflection, was our very first connection.
If we wrote words of love and hope instead of never-ending lists and tended to our wounds that linger in confusions mist.
Imagine if we acknowledged the fears and frustrations, swirling in our minds, rather than pushing them aside, to carry on with our somewhat, superficial lives.
Would we write down all our guilt and let go of our shame?
Could we lovingly look in a mirror and see ourselves without the pain?
Love letters that acknowledge, all our strengths and sacred gifts.
Gently holding promises, that encourage and uplift?
Releasing strong beliefs, like I have to do life alone and instead accepting all the support, from the physical and unknown?
Intentional apologies, forgiveness and letting go.
For all the things we stumbled through, that encouraged us to grow.
Imagine as we write, we gain awareness of all our stages and wildflowers begin to sprout upon our well-used pages.

Owning our uniqueness, embracing both, our day and night.
Giving full permission, to step into what feels right.
The seasons change, and seeds now fall, a breeze scatters them far and wide
Our gardens bloom and so do we, we no-longer choose to hide.
Our love letters grow, they fill the pages, because we finally see our worth.
All our intentions multiple, touching people around the earth?
Come sit with me, pull out your journal and allow your words to flow.
Let your love letters guide you. There is no rush. You’re simply returning home.
